What's Important to Us

There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.
- Margaret J. Wheatly

The community surrounding your home matters just as much as the house you live in.
Debra Levine Realty understands the magnitude this holds. Debra Levine Realty gets out, gets involved, and supports the community that they love. A portion of every DLR transaction made is donated to one of the many charities we support:

Excel Like 12 is a organization that supports, uplifts, and encourages the youth of Los Angeles to aim as high as possible. The program provides experiences that the children will remember forever. As well as incredible role models that help these students see the unlimited possibilities in front of them.
Sam Levine was, and always will be, a leader among student athletes and young driven members of society. We aim to do him proud by helping likeminded individuals reach their goals through lessening the financial burden that higher education can bring. He took pride in being a member of USC Sigma Chi and what it stood for. We are honored to be able to help a member of his collegiate family excel.
Watts Skills Academy is a free youth mentor program that understands the importance of good leadership, access to educational tools, and having a clear objective. Their goals and morals align with DLR to a T. Please click and learn more about all that they do for the Los Angeles community.
We're avid believers that sports and other goal oriented interests help to develop beneficial characteristics in young minds . Watts Rams Youth Football and Basketball does just that. They are an amazing organization that we are so thankful to be involved with.
We also fund a yearly scholarship supporting an Oak Park High School student towards higher education. This student must exemplify similar qualities to Sam Joseph Levine. That means being a leader on, and more importantly, off the court. Sam was a staple of his community and continues to be a leader to this day.
GoGiver – A Kind Soul Club was born from a simple yet powerful idea: making volunteering a part of everyday life. Founded by Brian Feiler, Tim Lane, and Lisa Levine, this nonprofit reimagines volunteerism by connecting people with causes they genuinely care about.
